After The Glitter Fades

Hey guys, I hope you're all having a good week, I'm sorry its taken me so long to post this but my laptop broke and I was only able to post this on Lookbook until I got it fixed.

Now its all sorted can we just talk about this skirt?! its beyond perfection, for those who are wondering I brought it from Zara which was my first ever perchance from that store and now I cant stop going on there and seeing things I want. I remember seeing it and thinking it was so vintage and unique, I've never seen anything like it and I knew I had to have it. Because the skirt is very bold I thought I would pair it with a black turtle neck which I love wearing this time of year, I recently got a charcoal colored one which I wear all the time now. I also wore these amazing 70's vintage glasses I found on Etsy, they were a little pricey but again its something I knew I wasn't going to be able to find anywhere else so it was so worth the money, I think the color of the lenses go perfectly with the paisley skirt and I cant wait to wear the hell out of these in the summer with some bell bottoms. To give the look more of a 70's vibe I wore this black beret I got from eBay I while back and I think it goes really well with the turtle neck and glasses. Seriously though wearing all of this made me feel like Jackie Burkhart from that 70's show.

I hope you like my outfit and sorry for the long wait

  1. Yes!!! This is something I fell those cool artsy Sartre-reading activist/exsistentialist types would wear back in the day - maybe even coupled with a french accent... In any case I clearly need to get a turtleneck now.

Also, I was wondering if You have a link for that eBay beret? I'm on my 3rd eBay beret so far, and they all just don't fit right over my large head of hair. Yours looks big and slouchy and just perfect.
